Canary Mary

Pep up a bloody Mary recipe with a burst of fresh ginger.
Ingredients
- 25ml/1fl oz vodka
- 100ml/3½fl oz juiced yellow tomatoes
- pinch celery salt
- pinch ground white pepper
- pinch sea salt
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes green Tabasco
- To serve
- celery stick
- yellow cherry tomato
Preparation method
- Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and gently roll the shaker to mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Strain the cocktail into tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a celery stick and a yellow cherry tomato.
