salad with duck breast
this is for 4 people
300g baby spinach leaves
1 bell pepper
3 carrots
1 tbsp sesame seeds
a little oil
100 g of rice noodles
salt
2 fried and cooled andebrystfileter
dressing:
juice from 3 limes
sugar or liquid honey aftertaste
1-2 tablespoons oystersause
2-3 tablespoons fichsause
1 tsp. grated ginger
To do:
