PIZZA - DOUGH

PIZZA - DOUGH

Dissolve the yeast in the warm liquid. Add oil, salt and flour a little at a time and knead the dough tough and supple. Sprinkle a little flour over and let dough rise ¾ -1 hour until doubled in size.

Then divide the dough into two parts and roll them around. ½ cm. thick and approx. 20 cm in diameter.

Add the two rolled bottoms on baking sheet with baking paper and leave to rise approx. 30 minutes. Put them in a 225 degree oven and bake approx. 20 minutes

Tips:

Pizza bases can be pre-baked 10 minutes before adding the filling on, then the bottom crisper. The dough can also be rolled out to a large square plate or can be formed into serving pizzas.
