What you need:
100 g chocolate (a good one)
125 g butter
5 eegs
250 g sugar
100 g flour
50 g kakao
1 tsk bakeking powder
What to do:
- Break the chocolate in pieces and put it in a bowl
- Cut the butter and put it in the same bowl
- set the bowl over some warm water.
- take the bowl of the heat and let the chocolate and butter melting
- On the own to 175° and 347F
- Mixs flour, kakao and bakeing powder in a new bowl
- Found a new bowl and put the eegs in it with sugar
- Whip the eggs and sugar in about 10 min. with a hand mixer
- Pour slowly the melting chocolate and butter in the eegs while you whips
- Term the flour and bake powder in the chocolate and butter and eggs
- Mix it all together carefully
- Lubricate the muffins forms with butter
- Pour the dough in the forms
- Bake muffins in 25 min
