easy chocolate muffins

ESAY CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

What you need:

100 g chocolate (a good one)
125 g butter
5 eegs
250 g sugar
100 g flour
50 g kakao
1 tsk bakeking powder

What to do:

1. Break the chocolate in pieces and put it in a bowl
2. Cut the butter and put it in the same bowl
3. set the bowl over some warm water. 
4. take the bowl of the heat and let the chocolate and butter melting
5. On the own to 175° and 347F 
6. Mixs flour, kakao  and bakeing powder in a new bowl
7. Found a new bowl and put the eegs in it with sugar
8. Whip the eggs and sugar in about 10 min. with a hand mixer
9. Pour slowly the melting chocolate and butter in the eegs while you whips
10. Term the flour and bake powder in the chocolate and butter and eggs
11. Mix it all together carefully
12. Lubricate the muffins forms with butter
13. Pour the dough in the forms
14. Bake muffins in 25 min
